Product Marketing Manager

At Nimblr, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, messaging, and roadmap prioritization, ensuring our cybersecurity training stays ahead of the curve and accelerating revenue growth.🚀

This is a key role working across departments to collect product-related feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, combining market research and competitive analysis to help steer product development. The Product Marketing Manager is also responsible for communicating product development decisions to each audience, how and when needed, including managing product update and release communications.

Key Responsibilities🗝️

Conduct market research to gather insights on trends and customer needs.
Shape product positioning and messaging that resonates with internal and external audiences.
Develop business cases for potential product development paths.
Play a crucial role in roadmap prioritization as part of the Product Roadmap Team.
Manage product launches and updates from planning to execution.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to keep us ahead in the market.
Develop user and buyer personas to guide marketing and sales strategies.
Create compelling sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
Train sales, customer success, and support teams on product updates.

What we are looking for🔍

At least 3 years in a Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong expertise in B2B technical marketing.
Ability to interpret technical language and transform it into clear, persuasive messaging.
Experience working with commercial interests and technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills – you know how to craft the right story for the right audience.
Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Structured project management skills to handle multiple initiatives at once.
Native or native-level English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
Proven track record of building product marketing processes from the ground up.
Experience handling B2B high-volume customer acquisition strategies.
